Whole Wheat Muffins
Delicious whole wheat muffins. Make ahead batter and ready to bake in the morning.
5 cups Daisy 100% Whole Wheat Flour
5 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Brown Sugar
4 Cups Bran
2 Cups Oatmeal
4 Cups Raisins
1 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Molasses
4 Quarts Buttermilk
1 1/2 Cup Water
Put all dry ingredients in large container.
Mix eggs, oil, molasses, and pour over dry mixture.
Add buttermilk and water and mix well.
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
To bake and stir cold mixture and fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 450*f for approximately 20 minutes.
