Baby Lima Beans are a dwarf variety of the Lima Bean. These beans are flat, 1/2 inch long with a faint sea shell pattern radiating out from the inner seam. Because their skin is so thin, baby limas cook quickly while imparting sweet, rich flavour and creamy texture to recipes.
