We produce a true artisan flour, using our antique Goldie & McCullough cold roller mills that transform our locally grown soft winter wheat into Imperial Pastry Flour. Our roller mills do not produce the same heat as commercial mills thereby preserving more nutrients and enzymes through the milling process. Imperial Flour is all natural with no preservatives, chemicals or bleaches added.
