We produce a true artisan flour, using our antique Goldie & McCullough cold roller mills that transform our locally grown Hard Red wheat into Daisy Flour. Our roller mills do not produce the same heat as commercial mills thereby preserving more nutrients and enzymes through the milling process. Daisy Flour is all natural with no preservatives, chemicals or bleaches added.
