½ cup Oat Groats
2 cup Water
½ Tsp Salt
Stovetop: Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Oat Groats, return to a boil and reduce heat to medium
high, boil uncovered for 30 minutes or until soft. Remove from heat, drain off excess liquid and serve.
